Michael Dorn returns as Marcus, a smart super-mutant from 1998's Fallout 2. Kris Kristofferson plays Chief Hanlon, a soldier at the end of his career.

Danny Trejo plays Raul the Ghoul, a mechanic and former gunslinger. Felicia Day plays Veronica, a sarcastic Brotherhood of Steel scribe.
